Our First Wedding Anniversary....

Shared by Rebecca U at 7:26 PM 1 comments

Mike and I celebrated our very first wedding anniversary on Saturday! Doesn't time just fly by?!Mike has coursework deadlines in the next few days so we didn't go very far a-field to celebrate, but it was great to just spend time together in the day, eat good food in the evening and we watched our wedding video. I love my husbster so much and am very lucky to have him in my life! Just the rest of eternity to go...

The bride and groom...

My brother David got married on 29th December in London. He and Gemma had a lovely day (minus the weather) and were sealed that evening in the London temple, it was a beautiful ceremony. Here are a few pics from the day and of the fam.

Let it snow....

We kept hearing about lots of snow to come on the weather and everyone was getting prepared at work for a day off. The due date for the snow came and Surrey got hardly anything! Gutted! But having in-laws living in snow covered Kent, with a big garden, meant we could go overthere at the weekend for some make-shift sledging.

There are no hills near Maidstone at all, so we devised a plan to have the car pull us around the garden... if only there was a sledge.... A piece of carpet, rope and plastic builder bag later and there you go! It was sooo cold but lots of fun and took us all a while to de-frost that evening!
